La DUSE had the aesthetic, but required a Code of Identity to convert a simple visit into a non-negotiable premium experience.


Our challenge was elevating the brand to command a higher price point and loyalty, transforming it into an aspirational destination.

THE ARCADIA OF DESIRE. 

 We positioned La DUSE as the heir to theatrical glamour and exclusivity. Our strategy was to integrate the Creative Studio's artistic execution with the Performance Lab's transactional focus.


We began with a detailed Market Analysis to inform the premium positioning. The Creative Studio then executed an immersive production phase, including high-end location photography and food/drink recordings for menu architecture and digital assets.

We meticulously curated the menu design and professional printing of the physical displays, treating the menu as a key AOV tool.


Simultaneously, the Performance Lab oriented all Social Media Management toward direct conversion, aiming to land new bookings and generate immediate awareness for all local strategies, from high-profile events to live music nights.

This ensured the physical experience was always fully monetized through performance-driven creative.
